Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases of mirrors (bathroom, decorative, functional, smart models), mirror accessories (mounting hardware, anti-fog pads, replacement parts), and related services (professional installation, design consultations) (collectively “Products/Services”) from Reflectly Mirrors (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order via our website, retail partners, or customer support channels, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any product-specific guidelines provided at the time of purchase.
1. Order Acceptance & Modifications
Your order constitutes a request to purchase Products/Services, not a binding contract. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or adjust orders if: (a) Products are out of stock (due to supply chain delays or high demand for limited-edition designs, e.g., arched mid-century mirrors); (b) Customizations (e.g., personalized frame engravings, non-standard sizes for smart mirrors) are technically unfeasible; or (c) Product details contain errors (e.g., misstated dimensions, incorrect anti-fog feature descriptions). A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation (email or physical document) that includes item specs, total cost (taxes, shipping, and service fees), delivery/installation timelines, and any required deposits.
Post-confirmation modifications (e.g., upgrading from a standard bathroom mirror to a backlit model, changing frame material from oak to aluminum) must be submitted in writing within 24 hours. We will confirm feasibility and any cost/timeline adjustments (e.g.,
150 for backlit feature upgrades, 7–10 business days for custom frame production). For custom or bulk orders (5+ mirrors for commercial spaces like hotels or salons), modifications are prohibited once production begins (typically 3 business days post-confirmation); cancellations will result in forfeiture of the 25% non-refundable deposit.
2. Product Specifications & Compliance
All Reflectly Mirrors meet industry standards: bathroom mirrors comply with ASTM C1036 for glass safety, decorative mirrors use FSC-certified wood for frames (where applicable), and smart mirrors adhere to IEEE 802.11 for wireless feature safety. Product pages and manuals clearly list key specs: glass thickness (5mm standard, 8mm for heavy-duty commercial models), frame dimensions, weight (for wall-mounting compatibility), and functional details (e.g., anti-fog pad wattage, smart mirror Bluetooth range). Minor cosmetic variations (e.g., subtle wood grain differences in oak frames, slight color shifts in powder-coated aluminum) are normal and do not qualify as defects.
You are responsible for verifying that Products comply with local regulations (e.g., bathroom mirrors meeting moisture-resistance standards for rental properties, commercial mirrors adhering to building code weight limits for wall mounting). We provide compliance guidelines but are not liable for fines, penalties, or installation delays caused by non-compliance.
3. Payment Terms
- Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Commercial customers may qualify for net-30 payment terms (subject to credit approval via a completed application).
- Deposits: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for custom/bulk orders; standard in-stock Products require full payment at checkout (no deposit needed).
- Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable sales tax (except for international orders). Quotes are valid for 10 days; prices may adjust due to material cost increases (e.g., oak lumber, LED components for smart mirrors) or currency fluctuations (for global shipments).
- Late Payments: For commercial orders with payment plans, unpaid balances incur a 1.5% monthly late fee. We may delay delivery/installation or cancel orders (forfeiting deposits) if payment is 14+ days overdue.

Installation: Professional installation is optional but recommended (especially for large wall-mounted mirrors or smart models). Our certified installers charge
- Inspection: Inspect Products immediately upon delivery. Note damage (e.g., cracked glass, dented frames, malfunctioning anti-fog pads) on the delivery receipt, take photos of the packaging and Product, and notify us within 48 hours. We will replace damaged items free of charge or issue a full refund; failure to report damage within 48 hours voids coverage.
5. Warranties & Returns
- Warranties: All Reflectly Mirrors include a 5-year limited warranty on glass (covers cracks, chips, or distortion from normal use) and a 3-year warranty on frames/hardware (covers warping, rust, or hardware failure). Smart mirror components (LED lights, Bluetooth speakers, touchscreens) have a 2-year warranty. The warranty does not cover: (a) damage from misuse (e.g., using abrasive cleaners on glass, overloading smart mirror power outlets); (b) wear from improper installation (e.g., unstable wall mounting causing frame damage); or (c) damage from accidents (e.g., impact from falling objects, water damage to non-bathroom mirrors).
- Returns: Standard in-stock Products (unused, in original packaging, with all parts) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping fees). Custom/bulk orders are non-returnable unless defective (verified by our technical team), in which case we replace the Product or issue a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for defective items, where we cover costs).
